These terms and conditions apply to all online shopping orders which you (customer), place using this Website.

The contract between us

When you place an order to purchase items using the Website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order (“Order Confirmation Email”).

Orders for Delivery Outside UAE

Unless specified otherwise, products on this Website are meant for delivery only within the UAE. We do not represent that any product on this Website can be delivered in locations outside UAE.

We only sell products to adults aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you may use this Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Colors, Specifications and Dimensions of Products

We have made every effort to display colors, specifications and dimensions of every product on the Website as accurately as possible. The colors you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the actual product delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of products displayed on Website without prior notice. For example, the bouquets are subject to seasonal availability of flowers, as well as their color may slightly vary depending on the season and availability.

Availability of Items and Substitution

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:

• Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible;
• Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item;
• If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

You require to register on this Website to be able to make your order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account user name and password and for preventing unauthorized access to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Prices

All displayed products are priced in UAE Dirhams at the current rate at the time of placing your order. While we strive for accuracy in all prices displayed on the website, occasional errors may occur. Should we identify an error in the price of any items you’ve ordered, we will promptly notify you. You will then have the choice to proceed with your order at the corrected price or to cancel it. In instances where we are unable to reach you, we will consider your order for the incorrectly priced item as canceled.

Note: Prices may be higher for peak Valentine’s days, or similar occasions.

Payment

We accept payments via Credit Cards. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Unfortunately, we do not accept paper cheques.

When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorization for this amount. If we get a valid authorization, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when you send it by email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using email. For details of the security measures we employ, kindly read our Privacy Policy.

Delivery

Deliveries are made 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We have 2 delivery time frames every day:

1. from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2. from 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Anonymous Delivery Option

We will adhere to your request to send the order anonymously. However, please be informed that this will only be valid from the time the order was placed until 3 hours after the delivery. For security purposes, the information will be disclosed if the recipient contacts us to confirm the sender details after the given time frame.

In the event that the recipient does not want to accept a gift anonymously, the gift will be returned to us.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service by any mean displayed on this Website. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please be aware that once items have been dispatched to you, any contracts for additional services provided by us (such as gift wrapping, packaging, or shipping) cannot be canceled. If an order is canceled after an item has been shipped, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item, kindly inform our Customer Services promptly to facilitate the pickup of the item. Should you wish for us to replace the incorrect item with the one you originally ordered, we will expedite the delivery of the correct item to you as soon as possible.

Waiver

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.

Losses

We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaching these Terms and Conditions if those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sale of items by us to you was formed (i.e. at the point we sent the Dispatch Confirmation email to you). We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract between us was formed.

Our liability to you under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Alterations to this website and Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and such other policies as we may notify you of. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you use the website or order items from the website. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made. If any of the Terms and Conditions forming the contract between us are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of disputes or claims arising from this website, adherence to UAE law is mandatory.
